A stand-up assisting device comprises: a base having a notch on one side, and the top of the base is provided with two supporting structures； at least two lifting members that are respectively connected with the supporting structure, and the lifting variation mode of the lifting variation structure is one mode selected from linear lifting or circular lifting； a seat member connected with the lifting members； at least one driving member disposed on the base and connected with the lifting members for controlling the operation of the lifting variation structures； and, a controller that is electrically connected with the driving member for controlling the operation of the driving member.
