PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a securement device improving the stability of the catheter and obviating the need for frequent application and removal of surgical tape.SOLUTION: The securement device 8 secures a fitting 12 of a medical line 10 having an elongated body on a patients body. The fitting 12 has at least one wing surface extending to at least one side of the medical line extending from the medical line 10.
