PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indwelling needle for subcutaneous infusion to be placed under a skin for subcutaneously administering medical solution, and capable of reliably administering the medical solution.SOLUTION: An indwelling needle 1 for subcutaneous infusion includes: an inner trocar 20 having a puncture part 20a formed at a distal end, and an outer trocar in which the inner trocar 20 is inserted. The outer trocar 10 includes a first aperture 12a provided at en end thereof and from which the puncture part is projected and one or more second apertures 12b provided at a lateral side thereof. A medical solution is injected from a distal end of the outer trocar 10 so as to subcutaneously administer the medical solution from both of the first aperture 12a and the second aperture 12b of the outer trocar 10.
