A patch for replacing a portion of bladder wall is disclosed. The patch is made with a multi-layer sheet material comprising: an intermediate base layer (2) made of a soft, elastic synthetic material, able to ensure correct deformation of the bladder to which the patch is applied, an inner coating layer (4) of highly biocompatible biomaterial able not to deteriorate on contact with the urine and an outer coating layer (5) of highly biocompatible biomaterial able to prevent the fusion with the patient's internal tissues.
