PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous method for direct dissolution of carotenoid into edible oils and fats.SOLUTION: This invention relates to an in-line method and a related apparatus for carotenoid dissolution, which may be integrated in-line into continuous or batch-wise production methods for food and feed compositions. The method avoids the need to prepare and purchase separate dry powder carotenoid formulations for incorporation into feed and food compositions. Continuous preparation of oily carotenoid solutions with the desired carotenoid concentration after cooling is thus possible for processing into fish feed, starting preferably from unformulated carotenoids.【課題】カロテノイドを食用油脂に直接溶解するための連続的な方法を提供する。【解決手段】食品組成物および飼料組成物についての連続式またはバッチ式の生産方法にインラインで組み込まれ得る、カロテノイドの溶解のためのインラインの方法および関連した装置とする。飼料組成物および食品組成物に組み込むために別の乾燥粉末カロテノイド配合物を調製および購入する必要性を回避する。冷却後に所望のカロテノイド濃度を有する油性カロテノイド溶液の連続調製は、このように、好ましくは処方されていないカロテノイドから出発して、魚用飼料に加工することが可能である。【選択図】図１
