SOLUTION: The oily solid cosmetic contains carnauba wax having a degree of saponification of &ge45 and &le65, an acid value of &ge0 and &le0.8, and a melting point of &ge78°C and &le82°C. A stick oily solid cosmetic contains carnauba wax having a degree of saponification of &ge45 and &le65, an acid value of &ge0 and &le0.8, and a melting point of &ge78°C and &le82°C, and contains only natural solid oils and fats obtained from animals or plants as a solidifying agent.
