PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bath agents which are a carbonic acid system bath agent and an inorganic salt system bath agent, and in which the dissolved solution is a reducing system.SOLUTION: Magnesium hydride is included in a bath agent comprising a carbonic acid system substance. And magnesium hydride is included in a bath agent comprising an inorganic salt system substance.
