A surgical device comprising a shaft member and a pair of electrodes is disclosed. The shaft member includes a pair of electrode passages that open at a distal end thereof, and these electrode passages are disposed close to each other. The pair of electrodes is configured to deliver energy, and one of the pair of electrodes is each electrode such that the distal end of each electrode is positioned to extend from the distal end of the shaft member. It is comprised so that it may be arrange positioned in a channel path. The shaft member further comprises at least one lumen that is open at a distal end thereof.
