A surgical device comprising a shaft member and a pair of electrodes is disclosed. The shaft member has a pair of electrode channels open at a distal end of the shaft member, and the electrode channels are positioned adjacent to each other. One pair of electrodes is configured to transfer energy and one of the pair of electrodes is configured to be disposed in each electrode channel such that each distal end of the electrode is disposed to protrude from the distal end of the shaft member.
