A method for reducing the appearance of thinning hair comprising the successive steps of: a) treating hair with an exfoliating shampoo composition comprising at least one chemical exfoliant； b) treating hair with a conditioner comprising at least one natural conditioning polymer and at least one natural stimulant； c) treating hair with a scalp serum comprising at least one natural extract, and salicylic acid.L'invention concerne un procédé de réduction de l'aspect dégarni des cheveux qui comporte les étapes successives consistant : a) à traiter les cheveux avec une composition de shampooing exfoliante comportant au moins un exfoliant chimique ； b) à traiter les cheveux avec un après-shampoing comportant au moins un polymère de conditionnement naturel et au moins un stimulant naturel ； c) à traiter les cheveux avec un sérum pour le cuir chevelu comportant au moins un extrait naturel et de l'acide salicylique.
