The present invention relates to a mask sheet, which is manufactured by using a paper manufactured by mixing a cosmetic functional pulp extracted from vegetable components good to skin with mulberry pulp and comprises a step of forming fine holes on entire sheets to increase the capacity of transferring moisture.
