PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid formulation comprising ibuprofen and a component causing melting point depression of ibuprofen in a powder or granule form having excellent storage stability, administrability and leachability, by adopting a layering particle (granule) as means for mixing ibuprofen as an active ingredient and the component causing melting point depression of ibuprofen in the same granule and the like, adding ibuprofen and the component causing depression of the melting point of ibuprofen in different layers of the layering particle, disposing a layer comprising another component between these layers, and selecting a solvent for granulation which is most suitable for suppressing melting point depression of ibuprofen.SOLUTION: A layering particle comprises (a) a core particle, (b) a layer containing ibuprofen, (c) a layer containing polyvinyl alcohol (however, except a case where there is a film layer containing polyvinyl alcohol), and (d) a layer containing a component exerting depression of the melting point of ibuprofen in this order from the inside.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】有効成分であるイブププロフェンとイブプロフェンの融点降下を生じる成分を同一の顆粒等に配合する手段としてレイヤリング粒子(顆粒)を採択し、イブプロフェンとイブプロフェンの融点降下を生じる成分をレイヤリング粒子の異なる層に配するとともに、これらの層の間に他の成分を含む層を配し、さらにイブプロフェンの融点降下を抑制するのに最も適した造粒溶剤を選定して、保存安定性や服用性、溶出性に優れた散剤、顆粒剤等のイブプロフェン及びイブプロフェンの融点降下を生じる成分含有固形製剤を提供する。【解決手段】内側から順に、(a)核粒子、(b)イブプロフェン含有層、(c)ポリビニルアルコール含有層(ただし、ポリビニルアルコールを含有するフィルム層である場合を除く。)、及び(d)イブプロフェンの融点降下を生じる成分含有層、をもって構成されるレイヤリング粒子。【選択図】図1
