[Problem] To provide an instrument holding tool and a medical instrument supply tool which allow an instrument and the like for treatment in a living body to be supplied into the living body together with an endoscope.[Solution] An instrument holding tool 10 which is detachably attached to an endoscope E and supplied into a living body by means of the endoscope E is provided with: a body portion 11 formed with an arrangement hole 11h in which the endoscope E is arranged and an attachment/fixing portion 20 for attaching the body portion 11 to the endoscope E. The body portion 11 includes an inner wall 12 configuring the arrangement hole 11h, and an outer wall 13 which covers the outer surface of the inner wall 12 and is provided to form an accommodating space 10h between the outer wall 13 and the inner wall 12.
