PURPOSE: A kimchi refrigerator controlling method is provided to properly age kimchi by automatically calculating the aging time using temperature conditions. CONSTITUTION: A kimchi refrigerator controlling method comprises the following steps: stopping the load of a refrigerator after the insertion of kimchi(S170)； detecting the chamber temperature after a fixed time and estimating the chamber temperature from the temperature of the kimchi(S210)； using a table set with the aging time for the temperature of the kimchi to determine the aging time(S220)； and operating an aging process(S230).본 발명은 김치 냉장고에 들어오는 김치 품온을 정확하게 리딩(Reading)하여 김치를 적절히 숙성시키기 위한 것으로, 저장물이 투입된 이후 부하를 정지하는 단계； 일정 시간 경과 후 고내온도를 감지하는 단계； 상기 고내온도를 저장물 온도로 추정하고 저장물 온도에 따른 숙성 시간이 저장된 테이블을 이용하여 숙성 시간을 결정하는 단계； 상기 숙성 시간 동안 숙성 운전을 수행하는 단계；를 포함한다.
