The present invention relates to cultivated wild ginseng root oil with enhanced fatty acid content, and a manufacturing method thereof. The cultivated wild ginseng root oil manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention can be usefully used as a material for cosmetic products for skin moisturizing or health functional food for antioxidation.본 발명은 지방산 함량이 증가된 산삼배양근 오일 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 산삼배양근을 초임계 유체 추출한 후 균주의 용해물과 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 제조과정을 통해 산삼배양근으로부터 지방산 함량 및 지방산 내 불포화 지방산의 비율이 증진된 오일을 제조하였으며, 본 발명의 제조방법으로 제조된 산삼배양근 오일은 피부 보습을 위한 화장품 또는 항산화용 건강기능식품의 소재로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
