Embodiments of the present disclosure include a system for applying therapeutic pressure to a skin surface including a tip arranged at a first end of a therapeutic wand. The system also includes a head arranged opposite the tip at a second end of the therapeutic wand. The system includes a body arranged between the tip and the head, the body housing a control system for controlling operation of the therapeutic wand. The control system includes a printed circuit board, a timer electrically connected to the printed circuit board, the timer being programmable to determine an elapsed time of use of the therapeutic wand, and an indicator.
