PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool that dispenses with seed collection, transplants grass bodies such as water grass, sea grass, etc., and grows a cluster.SOLUTION: The tool for transplanting grass body has a constitution that cylindrical materials made of a biodegradable material are arranged in leg bodies 1 and a biodegradable base plate sheet 2 is disposed between the leg bodes 1. The tool A is installed near the cluster B of water phase or sea grass by driving both the ends of the leg bodies 1 into the bottom of the water. Underground stems 5 grow on the base plate sheet 2 and the grass bodies 6 develop. The tool A is installed at a position of a few clusters B and transplants grass bodies 6.
