The invention relates to the food field, in particular probiotics. In particular, it relates to a solid appetizing composition comprising, relative to the total weight of the composition, from 1% to 15% by weight of at least one revivifiable coated dehydrated microorganism； from 5% to 20% by weight of at least one fat； from 40% to 60% by weight of at least one appetizing material； from 8% to 20% by weight of at least one anionic polymer； from 8% to 20% by weight of at least one cationic polymer.
