The present invention relates to a method for user interface based on biometric information obtained through a chair. The purpose of the present invention is to output a music or voice as a response, set according to a users health condition, stress level or emotional state, or to output audio guidance, to lead the user to exercise or breathe, through a personal computer or a smartphone which receives biometric information from bio-signals acquired by bio-signal sensors installed in the armrests, the backrest, and the seat of a chair.
