An object of the present invention is to provide agent A for dialysis and a two-part dialysis agent using agent A, wherein agent A for dialysis allows a total acetic acid ion content in a dialysate to be set to a low value, has excellent storage stability of glucose, and can reduce odor of acetic acid and inhibit corrosion of a device for preparing a dialysate or a dialysis device. For agent A for dialysis used for preparing bicarbonate dialysate, bicarbonate dialysate having a total acetic acid ion concentration of 2 mEq/L or greater and less than 6 mEq/L can be prepared by containing glucose, acetic acid, and acetate and by meeting molar ratio of acetic acid to acetic acid salt of 1:0.5 to 2. By agent A for dialysis, stability of glucose is outstanding and odor of acetic acid can be reduced. In addition, corrosion of a device for preparing a dialysate and a dialysis device can be inhibited.본 발명의 목적은, 투석액 중의 총아세트산 이온 함량을 낮은 값으로 설정 가능하고, 게다가 포도당의 보존 안정성이 우수하고, 아세트산 냄새를 저감할 수 있고, 투석액 제조 장치나 투석 장치의 부식을 억제할 수 있는 투석용 A제 및 상기 투석용 A제를 이용한 2제형 투석용제를 제공하는 것이다.중탄산 투석액의 제조에 사용되는 투석용 A제에 있어서, 포도당, 아세트산 및 아세트산염을 함유시키고, 또한 아세트산:아세트산염의 몰비가 1:0.5 내지 2를 충족시킴으로써 총아세트산 이온 농도가 2 mEq/L 이상 6 mEq/L 미만으로 되도록 중탄산 투석액을 제조 가능하게 된다. 또한, 상기 투석용 A제에 의하면, 포도당의 안정성이 우수한 것 외에, 아세트산 냄새를 저감할 수 있고, 게다가 투석액 제조 장치나 투석 장치의 부식을 억제할 수 있다.
