An apparatus comprises a housing comprising a cavity being configured to accept at least a portion of a users body part and a quantity of a liquid for surrounding the portion of the body part. At least one receptacle comprises an interior that is configured to contain at least one cooling device. The receptacle further comprises at least one divider separating the interior from the cavity. The at least one divider is configured to be operable for transferring heat from the liquid to the at least one cooling device to cool the user.
