PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insect trap and an insect trapping method that can improve insect trapping ability.SOLUTION: An insect trap includes lure means 20 for luring insects, and support means 30 in which an insect trapping sheet AS with an adhesive layer for catching the insects formed thereon can be disposed in the vicinity of the lure means.
