PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of a solid cosmetic which can eliminate minute unevenness remained on a surface of the solid cosmetic without deforming the surface of the solid cosmetic.SOLUTION: A manufacturing apparatus 1 of a slid cosmetic comprises: a hopper in which a cosmetic C1 is filled into a cosmetic dish C2 surface leveling means 3 which levels a surface of the cosmetic C1 filled in the cosmetic dish C2 in the hopper and compacting means which presses and compacts the cosmetic C1 of which surface is leveled by the surface leveling means 3. By this configuration, occurrence of color shading or the like on the surface of the solid cosmetic is suppressed. When pressing and compacting the cosmetic C1, a pressing force is applied uniformly to the whole surface of the cosmetic C1 so that quality of the solid cosmetic can be improved.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】化粧料の表面に残っている微小な凹凸を化粧料の表面を変形させることなく消すことができる固形化粧料の製造装置の提供。【解決手段】固形化粧料の製造装置1は、化粧料C1を化粧皿C2に充填するホッパーと、ホッパーにて化粧皿C2に充填された化粧料C1の表面を均す表面均し手段3と、表面均し手段3にて表面が均された化粧料C1にプレス処理を施して打型する打型手段を備えている。これによれば、固形化粧料の表面に生じる色むらなどを抑制することができる。また、化粧料C1にプレス処理を施して打型する際に、化粧料C1の表面全体に圧力が均一にかかりやすくなるので、固形化粧料の品質を向上させることができる。【選択図】図4
