The present invention pertains to an oral cavity composition containing the following components (A), (B), (C) and (D), wherein: (A) is at least one type of oil-soluble medicinal component selected from glycyrrhetic acid, tocopherol, and a tocopherol derivative, and is contained in the amount of 0.01-2.5 mass%, inclusive； (B) is a higher alcohol having a carbon number of 12-22, inclusive, and containing cetanol (b1) and stearyl alcohol (b2), and is contained in the amount of 4-30 mass%, inclusive； (C) is a surfactant containing one or more surfactants selected from a nonionic surfactant (c1) selected from a sorbitan fatty acid ester and a polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, and an anionic surfactant (c2) which is a fatty acid having a carbon number of 12-22, inclusive, or a salt thereof, and is contained in the amount of 0.1-10 mass%, inclusive； and (D) is water.
