The present invention relates to an oral composition which sufficiently disperses biofilms tenaciously deposited on tooth surfaces, exhibits a satisfactory bactericidal effect, and is excellent in terms of the stability and persistence of moderate lathering. The oral composition of the present invention comprises the following components (A), (B), (C), and (D): (A) 0.001-0.3 mass% myristoylglutamic acid or salt thereof； (B) 0.001-0.3 mass% lauroylglutamic acid or salt thereof； (C) an alkyl sulfate； and (D) water. The mass ratio of the component (A) content to the component (B) content, (A)/(B), is 0.25-4.
