PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil solution composition that can give a moist feel with reduced oiliness after application, and cosmetics with their stability improved due to the oil solution composition.SOLUTION: An oil solution composition has (A) a specific fatty acid alkanolamide derivative mixture and (B) an oil solution that is liquid at normal temperature, with the weight ratio between component B and component A of 5:5-9:1.
