An ice cream cone having a flow-proof lid according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a body wrapper wrapping cone-shaped ice cream and the flow-proof lid joined to the upper part of the body wrapper and covering the top of the cone-shaped ice cream. The flow-proof lid includes multiple cut portions penetrating through the center of the flow-proof lid and having same angle； a supporting surface formed when the cut portions are cut； and a through-hole having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the flow-proof lid and through which the ice cream flow when using the flow-proof lid.
