The present invention relates to a separable ice cream cone wherein respective semi-circular cones obtained by vertically dividing a circular cone in half are filled with ice cream； and to a method for manufacturing a separable ice cream cone, comprising the steps of: filling ice cream in respective semi-circular cones obtained by vertically dividing a circular cone in half； binding the respective semi-circular cones, which are filled with ice cream, to each other such that diameter portions of the respective semi-circular cones are contacted with each other, thereby forming the circular cone； and putting the ice cream cone formed in the circular cone shape in a packaging paper such that a cut portion of the ice cream cone is aligned with a cut line of the packaging paper.
