A feeding bottle collar and cap assembly adapted to be mounted on a feeding bottle comprising a circular collar and a dome-shaped cap removably covering said collar, characterized in that said collar being provided with a plurality equally spaced ribs disposed along the periphery thereof and said cap having the inner wall thereof provided with spaced apart vertical ridges removably engaged in between adjacent ribs of said collar.
