The invention concerns an implantable heart analysing device (10) comprising a housing (12) and a control circuit (14) located within said housing (12). The control circuit (14) is adapted to generate an output signal adapted to actuate an activator (43), which is able to make a wall of the heart deflect or vibrate. The control circuit (14) is also adapted to communicate with a sensor (44), which can be identical with said activator (43), with the help of which the movement of said heart wall can be sensed. The control circuit (14) is arranged to be able to carry out a procedure that involves the generation of an output signal and sensing a corresponding sensor signal, and to be able to derive information concerning the tension of said heart wall. The invention also concerns a system including such a device (10) and also a method of analysing the tension of a wall of a heart.Linvention concerne un dispositif danalyse de coeur implantable (10) comportant un boîtier (12) et un circuit de commande (14) situé dans ledit boîtier (12). Le circuit de commande (14) est conçu pour générer un signal de sortie conçu pour actionner un activateur (43) qui peut déformer ou faire vibrer une paroi du coeur. Le circuit de commande (14) est également conçu pour communiquer avec un capteur (44), qui peut être identique à lactivateur (43), à laide duquel le déplacement de ladite paroi du coeur peut être détecté. Le circuit de commande (14) est agencé pour pouvoir exécuter un processus qui comporte la génération dun signal de sortie et la détection dun signal de capteur correspondant, et pour pouvoir déduire des informations au sujet de la tension de ladite paroi du coeur.
