PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zygote for anastomosis easy to be inserted into a tubular body.SOLUTION: A zygote for anastomosis 5 is provided with a first part 10 disposed on one side of a hole 3 formed in a first tubular body 1 second parts (2020) disposed on the other side of the hole 3 formed in the first tubular body 1 and a third part 30 structured so as to be engaged with the inner surface of the second tubular body 2. The third part 30 is connected to the first part 10 via a first connection part 40, and connected to the second parts (2020) via a second connection part 50. The first part 10 includes a first annular part 11 having a closed-loop shape when viewed along the first direction. The second part 20 (20) includes second annular parts (2121) with gaps (23 23) having an open-loop shape when viewed along the first direction.
