PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zygote for anastomosis easy to be inserted into a tubular body.SOLUTION: A zygote for anastomosis 5 is provided with a first part 10 disposed on one side of a hole 3 formed in a first tubular body 1 second parts 20 disposed on the other side of the hole 3 formed in the first tubular body 1 and a third part 30 structured so as to engage with the inner surface of the second tubular body 2. The third part 30 is connected to the first part 10 via a first connection part 40, and connected to the second parts 20 via a second connection part 50. The first part 10 includes a first ring member 11 or a first gap-attached ring member. The second part 20 includes a second ring member 21 or a second gap-attached ring member. The third part 30 includes an annular part 31.
