In the related art, there have been no techniques for allowing bisacodyl and dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate to be simultaneously released in a region from a lower small intestine to a large intestine. A solid formulation having a core particle containing bisacodyl and dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate coated with an enteric coating which allows the drugs to be released in a region from a lower small intestine to a large intestine can be used as an excellent pharmaceutical product.여러가지 코팅을 실시하여 소장 하부로부터 대장 부위에서 약물을 방출시켜도 비사코딜은 난용성이라 용해되지 않기 때문에 충분한 효과를 얻기 어렵고, 또한 보다 많은 약제를 배합하는 것이 필요하였다. 종래, 비사코딜과 디옥틸소듐 술포숙시네이트를 동시에 소장 하부로부터 대장 부위에서 방출시키는 기술은 알려져 있지 않았다. 수난용성 약물 및 디옥틸소듐 술포숙시네이트를 함유하는 핵 입자에 소장 하부로부터 대장 부위에서 약물을 방출하는 장용성 피막이 실시되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고형 제제는 우수한 의약품이 될 수 있다.
