Disclosed is a radio frequency medical system using a RFID tag and method thereof which receives radio frequency treatment information and schedule information of a patient from a terminal of a doctor. A treatment is performed on a patient by outputting radio frequency control signal, corresponding to the radio frequency treatment information after a control unit reads the radio frequency treatment information of the patient and the schedule information with respect to an identification code in a storage unit.
