PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a location information guidance system in which a visually handicapped person perceives a position by guidance blocks, perceives an arrangement position of tag, and can receives location information by speech guidance based on the tag.SOLUTION: A location information guidance system includes: guidance blocks 1A which are laid out on a passageway and are provided with projections on the surface a white stick 2 touching and rubbing the road surface while walking a communication terminal 4 transmitting/receiving data a database storing location information and a speech body 3 fitted to the ear. The guidance blocks incorporate an IC chip to which tag information is inputted. A lower end of the white stick incorporates a card reader and, when the lower end of the white stick is approximated to the guidance block, the card reader reads the tag information, transmits the tag information to the communication terminal by a wireless circuit, transmits the tag information received by the communication terminal to the database, and transmits the location information based on the tag information from a group of information storing the database to the communication terminal.
