PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily solid cosmetic that has excellent temporal stability, suppresses sweating during its storage at a high temperature, and shows smooth spreading during its application.SOLUTION: An oily solid cosmetic contains following components (A)-(D): (A) organic titanate-treated powder 1-40 wt.% (B) isononyl isononanoate 3-15 wt.%, (C) dimethicone oil that is nonvolatile at a room temperature and a normal pressure, 3-15 wt.%, and (D) pasty oil having a glycerol skeleton or a phytosteryl skeleton, 0.1-3.0 wt.%.
