PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current stimulation device that instantly improves or reduces muscle output.SOLUTION: A current stimulation device includes a feeble electric current generating unit for generating a feeble current stimulation that may not cause a muscle contraction to an affected area, a control unit for controlling an electric current generated in the feeble current generating unit, an output unit for outputting the electric current controlled in the control unit, and a conduit 14 for applying the electric current outputted by the output unit to the skin surface of the affected area. The control unit controls a ramp up time for gradually increasing the electric current to a set current for improving or inhibiting muscular output and a ramp down time for gradually decreasing the electric current from the set current.
