Disclosed are medical devices and methods for manufacturing medical devices. An example of a medical device comprises a medical device body formed from polymer fibers having one or more melting points. Each fiber comprises a mixture of polymers consisting of a first block polymer and a second polymer. The mixture of polymers has a first melting point and a second melting point that is lower than the first melting point.
