To provide a synchronous stepper structure which stimulates the spine and brain part of the human body and corrects the spine.SOLUTION: The synchronous stepper structure comprises a base 10, two tread plates 20 and two damper members 30. The base 10 rests on the ground and has two pivoting devices 40. A tread plate 20 is pivotally attached to the pivotal attachment device 40. The tread plate 20 is provided in parallel with the base 10, and receives the respective damper members 30 in synchronization and moves up and down. The damper member 30 is pivotally mounted on the base 10 and under the tread plate 20 and has a compressive force and a restoring force, and has a resistance force when the step board 20 is pushed down and a recovery force of the step board. Air is injected into the two damper members 30 by the air pump, and the damper member 30 is controlled by the adjustment valve to remove air. The base 10 has a plurality of high and low level pivot holes 12.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION【課題】人体の脊椎、脳部を刺激し、脊椎を矯正する同期ステッパー構造を提供する。【解決手段】同期ステッパー構造は、ベース10、2つの踏板20及び2つのダンパ部材30を備える。ベース10は、地面に載置されるとともに、2つの枢着装置40を有する。枢着装置40には、踏板20が枢着される。踏板20は、ベース10に併設され、同期で各ダンパ部材30が受けて昇降する。ダンパ部材30は、ベース10上と踏板20下との間に枢着されるとともに、圧縮力及び回復力を有し、踏板20が押下されたときの抵抗力及び踏板の回復力を有する。エアポンプにより2つのダンパ部材30に空気が注入され、調整弁によりダンパ部材30を制御して空気を抜く。ベース10は、複数の高低レベル枢着孔12を有する。【選択図】図1
