A bead feeding device for a continuous stitching device for an endoscope according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided to supply stitching scales to a stitching needle installed in an endoscope tube of a continuous stitching device for an endoscope. The bead feeding device for a continuous stitching device for an endoscope comprise: a bead supply unit for individually supplying a plurality of stitching beads stored in the chamber to a stitching needle in an endoscope tube connected to one side and a bead pushing rod unit which is connected to the other end of the bead supply unit and has a bead pushing rod which is inserted into the stitching needle via the bead supply unit to push out the stitching beads. In the bead pushing rod unit, the bead pushing rod is moved forward toward the endoscope tube to push the stitching bead from the stitching needle and is operated to return to its original position. The bead supply unit includes: a bead stacking unit which has a plurality of stitching beads mounted on an outer circumferential surface and a guide unit in which a bead loading unit is rotationally connected to the inside thereof and which has a guide member for guiding the movement of the bead or the bead pushing rod to the upper portion of the bead stacking unit and a cover which is connected to the guide unit and opens a guide hole provided to the guide member by contact with the entrance protrusion of the bead stacking unit and covers the guide hole when the contact with the entry protrusion is released.
