PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing roasted beans is provided to make the tissue smooth to be easily eaten using far infrared ray radiated from rough germanium stones under high pressure and high temperature conditions.CONSTITUTION: Beans and rough germanium stones are injected to the heater main body(101). The main body is tightly sealed, and the beans and germanium stones injected to the main body are heated. The pressure of the main body is reduced. In the feeding process, and the beans and germanium stones are injected to the main body having circular cross section and one or more protrusions protruding to the inner side. In the heating process, the main body is heated while rotating it so that the beans and germanium stones are mixed by contacting the protrusion(105) protruding to the inner side of the main body and heated. In the heating process, heating continues until the inner pressure of the main body reaches 7.0 to 7.5 kg/cm^2 range. In the feeding process, the injected germanium stones have the size greater than that of the beans. In the heating process, heating is performed by heating the lower part of the main body(103).
