The present invention relates to a method for producing a trachea stenosed animal model, and a trachea stenosed animal model produced thereby. To this end, the method comprises the following steps: intubating a tube in the trachea in an animal other than human； leaving the animal to cause damage to the tracheal mucosa； and removing the tube from the animal′s trachea and leaving the animal to cause tracheal stenosis. The tracheal stenosis is caused in a pathway similar as tracheal stenosis takes place is caused in vivo, and the animal model can provide a basis for various studies such as pathophysiology, early detection methods, prevention, and treatment associated with tracheal stenosis.본 발명은 기관 협착 동물모델의 제작방법 및 이에 의해 제작된 기관 협착 동물모델에 관한 것으로서, 인간을 제외한 동물의 기관 내에 튜브를 삽관하는 단계； 상기 동물을 방치하여 기관 점막의 손상을 유발하는 단계； 및 상기 동물의 기관으로부터 튜브를 제거한 후 상기 동물을 방치하여 기관 협착을 유발하는 단계를 포함하며, 인체 내 기관 협착 발생과 유사한 경로로 기관 협착을 일으킨 것으로서, 동물모델을 통해 기관 협착과 관련된 병태생리, 조기발견 방법, 예방 및 치료와 같은 다양한 연구를 시행할 수 있는 기반을 마련할 수 있다.
