The invention relates to the use of preparations enriched with anti LPS antibodies, such as those derived from mammalian colostrum or avian eggs, and optionally further antibodies against disease-associated antigens, colostrums, milk or milk product component/s and any adjuvants for treating, delaying or preventing the progression of a pathologic disorder such as chronic liver disease, cirrhosis and any complication or disorder associated therewith. The invention further relates to combined compositions comprising a combination of anti-LPS enriched antibody preparations and antibodies recognizing at least one antigen specific for a pathologic disorder and uses thereof in the treatment of immune-related disorders.Linvention concerne lutilisation de préparations enrichies en anticorps anti-LPS tels que ceux dérivés du colostrum mammaire ou doeufs aviaires, et éventuellement dautres anticorps contre des antigènes associés à des maladies, des colostrums, du lait ou un/des composant(s) de produits laitiers et de tout autre adjuvant pour traiter, retarder ou prévenir la progression dun trouble pathologique tel quune hépatite chronique, une cirrhose ou toute complication ou trouble associés à celles-ci. Linvention porte également sur des compositions combinées comportant une combinaison de préparations danticorps enrichies en anti-LPS et danticorps reconnaissant au moins un antigène spécifique dun trouble pathologique, ainsi que sur des utilisations de ces compositions pour le traitement de troubles immunitaires.
