A dispenser, comprising a tank (32) for containing a volatile material to be released, further comprising a screen (10) release for releasing a volatile material by evaporation. Releasing the screen continuously to having a sheet-like material (16) having a continuous first and second ends (21, 23), extending between the first end and the second end to form a loop of such material. The communication means (34), can be conveyed from the tank, the volatile material to the upper end in use of the release screen.
