The present invention relates to a needle disk roller apparatus which has a built-in pump, has multiple needle disks coming in contact with the skin surface to form holes, and injects a drug into the skin in a skincare operation. According to the present invention, the pump in a container filled with the drug is combined with a roller head unit including the needle disks. The drug is pumped in an upward direction by a pressing operation of a roller head unit to naturally supply the drug to the needle disks of the roller head unit, thereby realizing the novel needle disk roller apparatus. A proper amount of the drug can be uniformly transferred to the needle disks as well as using the drug completely without leaving residues by using a forceful pumping operation.
