The invention relates to a beverage composition comprising: water； oxygen bubbles； a surfactant in an amount of between about 0.1 % (v/v) and about 0.5 % (v/v)；one or more viscosity modifying agent(s) in an amount of between about 0.5 % (v/v) and about 2.5 % (v/v)； and optionally citric acidin an amount ofbetween about 0.1 % (v/v) and about 0.5 % (v/v).
