Also, the present invention connects a hose of an endoscope or a port communicated with the hose to a connection adapter of the outflow tubing through a connection means, thereby automatically cleaning the inside of the hose of the endoscope while the cleaning liquid automatically inflows into the hose of the endoscope and is discharged to the outside. Therefore, an inner wall or the inside of the hose of the endoscope can be hygienically and simply cleaned and the cleaning liquid is automatically supplied to the inside of the hose of the endoscope to be discharged to the outside, thereby maximizing efficiency of a cleaning operation.
