PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems that a conventional foot warmer comprises a foot storage part and a heat generator attached by far-infrared radiation particles of a similar shape provided for the foot storage part, the far-infrared radiation particles being loess or ceramics, and is long enough to house a leg up to the knee, so that it does not have a foldable structure and does not have a sufficiently effective heat generator, and as a result, for example, a rump bone hyperthermia using a bone heat transfer effect is not available.SOLUTION: The folding type foot warmer is provided with a heat generation part comprising a heat generating fabric woven with silver fiber inside a foldable foot storage part. The upper part right and left side and/or a food insertion port are expandable/contractible via fasteners provided on upper part right and left sides of the foot storage part and a cloth for gore which is opened or fastened by the fastener, and a side plate comprising a plate material and/or heat generating fabric woven by the silver fabric is provided on the side surface of the food storage part to secure a shape of the foot storage part.
