The subject matter of the invention is a method for processing a cosmetic product with high hydrostatic pressures, consisting of applying a pressure P to the cosmetic product, with a continuous or cyclic application mode MA. It is characterised by at least one, and preferably all, of the following parameters: - a total application time t of pressure P of between 2 and 60 minutes, - a pressure P of between 200MPa and 600MPa, - a pressure application speed, for a compression VA, of between 1 and 5QMPa/s, - a decompression speed VAp of between 1 and 50 MPa/s, - when the application mode is cyclic, a latency time tiat applied before the first cycle and/or between certain cycles and/or between each cycle, - an initial temperature of between -10°C and 40°C.
