PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly obtain character data such as a velocity profile by simple operation.SOLUTION: A flowing direction base line setting part sets a flow line LL which passes through a starting point L set by a user and where the direction of the velocity vector of a blood stream is a tangential projection. When the flow line LL is set, a velocity profile line segment setting part sets a velocity profile line segment crossing with the set flow line at a right angle. The velocity profile line segment setting part, with respective point A, point B and point C as starting points, extends a straight line from the respective starting points so as to cross with the flow line LL at the right angle to set three velocity profile line segments AA, BB and CC crossing with the flow line LL at a right angle.
